How you can create a Parent category in your Knowledge base

1. Go to admin, select Tags and categories
2. Fill out the category name
3. Insert category image URL or upload an image from your local drive
4. This category is "parent category" by default. You can create a sub-category after creating a parent category
5. Select the position where the category should be placed
6. Click on Add category
7. Click on Save Changes.
