Yes, you can change your Help Center's URL to your custom domain (e.g. <help.exampleapp.com> By default, Faqprime sets your Help Center URL to <example.myfaqprime.com>

You can change the URL by setting up a custom domain. Here's how:

1. Go to your DNS provider’s website (e.g. GoDaddy)
2. Create a CNAME (‘canonical name’) record for your custom domain e.g. <help.exampleapp.com>
3. Point it at Faqprime’s host domain: secure1.myfaqprime.com 

Configure SSL (At no additional cost by Faqprime*)

After you set up a custom domain, your Help Center will be hosted on your domain, but on HTTP rather than HTTPS. Your Help Center will now appear as ‘not secure’ on web browsers like Chrome. 

Once you create the CNAME and point it at Faqprime's host domain. Send an email to hello@faqprime.com. Faqprime team shall configure SSL for your custom domain.
