Faqprime’s Helpbot includes various modules, which are clickable buttons within the Helpbot. These modules can be enabled to enhance user interaction.
Here’s a how you can enable the modules:
Sign in to Faqprime: Use your login credentials to access your Faqprime account.
Navigate to the Helpbot Widget: After logging in, go to the ‘Helpbot Widget’ section on your dashboard.
Set up Link-1 Integration:
- Locate the ‘Link-1 Integration’ module in the ‘Modules’ section.
- Tick the box to activate it.
- Input the URL you wish to link to (e.g., a calendar or ‘contact us’ page).
- Assign a title for the link (e.g., ‘Book a Demo’).
- Select a teaser image.
- Decide if you want the link to open within the widget.
Set up Link-2 Integration:
- If you want to set up another module, locate the ‘Link-2 Integration’ module.
- Tick the box to activate it.
- Input the URL you wish to link to.
- Assign a title for the link (e.g., ‘Video’).
- Select a teaser image.
- Decide if you want the link to open within the widget.
Activate Click to Call Button:
- Find the ‘Click to Call Button’ module.
- Tick the box to activate it (note: this is only available on mobile devices).
- Enter your phone number in international format. For instance, if your number is 123456781 and your country is India, then the number is +91123456781.
Save Your Changes: Save your changes after activating and setting up the modules.
